Discount & Markup Calculator

Calculate a sale price from a discount percentage, or a selling price from a markup percentage.

How this is calculated

Discount: sale price = original price × (1 − discount ÷ 100). Markup: selling price = cost × (1 + markup ÷ 100).

Example: an $80.00 item with a 25% discount drops to a $60.00 sale price, saving $20.00. A $60.00 cost with a 25% markup sells for $75.00.
