Hours Worked Calculator

How total hours are calculated
For each day, hours worked = (time out − time in) minus your break, converted to decimal hours. Days are summed for a weekly total. If a shift crosses midnight (time out is earlier than time in), it's treated as running into the next day. Leave any day blank to skip it.
Add an hourly rate to also see total pay for the week — useful for double-checking a paycheck against your own timesheet.
